The snow might not be flying yet, but this is prime time to get your sled tuned up for the season—because more riding and fewer breakdowns is the goal! 🛷✨
Don't forget, a little elbow grease now = big trail wins later.
🔧 Here’s your Early Pre‑Season Prep Checklist:
Inspect your sled: belts, spark plugs, carbides, slides, fluids—give everything a good once-over.
Charge/test your battery: cold mornings are no place for a dead battery.
Grease all fittings: keep your suspension and steering smooth—hit every zerk with quality grease.
Clean ALL nooks & crannies:
• Wipe away belt dust and grit to protect critical electrical parts. It prevents debris from creeping into wires, connectors, and components.
• This deep clean also gives you the chance to thoroughly inspect welds, bolted connections, bushings, suspension, and clutch assembly. Spot cracks, loose joints, or wear before they become catastrophic failures.
Remove and disassemble clutches, replace springs and check for worn bushings, rollers, weights. It's amazing what clean and smooth clutching will do for your sleds performance.
Check your gear: helmet, goggles, avalanche kit, outerwear—anything missing or worn?
Trail pass & registration: take care of it now, avoid the rush later.
